Bringing the LSDF Vision to Life
In December 2023, the Council ratified the Local Spatial Development Framework (LSDF), setting the trajectory for Bellville’s long-term transformation. Work is already underway on essential infrastructure upgrades and operational enhancements required to bring this vision to fruition. Continuous engagement with the local community – including residents, businesses, and stakeholders – remains a priority, as their participation is crucial for successful implementation. Through a collaborative partnership model, we are rolling out a sustained precinct development and management plan aimed at unlocking new economic opportunities.
