This blueprint envisions a vibrant, mixed-use environment blending residential, commercial, retail, and leisure facilities, all woven together by green belts and walkable zones.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>At the heart of this strategy lies a modern, vertically integrated transport interchange. This hub will be complemented by high-caliber public spaces and social amenities designed to stimulate private sector investment.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Work is already underway on essential infrastructure upgrades and operational enhancements required to bring this vision to fruition.
