As the head of Concentrix South Africa, a global leader in customer experience (CX) solutions and technology, Jason is steering one of the country\u2019s fastest-growing industries into a transformative new era. Originally from New Zealand, and now based in KwaZulu-Natal, Jason is a seasoned general manager with extensive global experience in leading large scale contact centres and operations. His expertise in driving innovation and growth is evident across his teams, propelling Concentrix South Africa to new heights. <\/p>\n

\nJason believes that outsourcing is no longer just about cost efficiency \u2013 it\u2019s also about capability and competitiveness. \u201cWe apply both human and non-human capability to help solve complex problems for our international clients. That means combining advanced technology like AI with South Africa\u2019s world-class human talent to deliver extraordinary customer journeys,\u201d he explains. <\/p>\n

The integrated business solutions industry is driven by pillars of innovation, inclusion and global confidence. \u201cTraditionally, these roles have been perceived as entry-level call centre jobs. However, the reality is quite different. In Cape Town alone, we\u2019ve got thousands of individuals working with AI every day, positioning themselves at the frontlines of innovation,\u201d he says. Jason\u2019s confidence in South Africa is deeply grounded in its strong fundamentals. \u201cThe country boasts solid systems: a robust legal framework, stable financial institutions and a supportive policy environment. When combined with a young, tech-savvy population and an unmatched natural setting, South Africa presents an irresistible value proposition for investors.\u201d <\/p>\n

While Jason spends much of his time engaging with investors and clients, he remains deeply connected to the Cape Town lifestyle. \u201cThere\u2019s nothing better than a run along the Atlantic Seaboard with fresh air and stunning views to remind me of why this city is so special,\u201d he shares. <\/p>\n
