The City of Cape Town is constantly looking and investing in ways to support various business sectors. A recent example is the development of the draft Mobile Business Policy coupled with proposed amendments to the related Informal Trading By-law and providing proposed mobile business trading areas to help the growing mobile business sector. The Economic Development and Investment Department is in the process of demarcating trading sites for mobile business operations across the City.
